Make sure every frame has same height, list tightly from top to bottom
when fill up texture name in options menu, following by:  @x@y@z 
x  is frame count, same as texture frame count
y  is playing count, when is samen as x, played one frame by another, when differs, frame will be cut
z  is playing speed, 100 is normal, bigger means slower, smaller means faster

for example:

Interface\Addons\NPA\texture\animated\snow@10@10@100

means:
texture path is :Interface\Addons\NPA\texture\animated\snow
it's a 10 frame texture, play at 10 frame, normal speed
